Revision dated 4 October 2026. Effective upon publication.
1. Who is responsible
Wild Arrow 3D is published by Oksana Dikaya (Оксана Дикая), Russia, and developed by Petr Dikiy, Russia. Petr Dikiy manages user support and is responsible for processing enquiries and personal-data requests received by him. The contact for app, privacy and data rights enquiries is petr@dikiy.pro.
This policy covers the Wild Arrow 3D mobile app. App stores and external websites also process information under their own policies.
2. Game data
No registration or account is required. Progress, settings, round results and remaining game resources are stored on your device. The app does not send these saves to a developer-operated server. Gameplay does not request access to contacts, photos, microphone, camera or precise location. No developer-operated analytics system is integrated.
Deleting the app removes its local data; restoring a device backup may restore earlier data. Backup settings are controlled by your device and the relevant service.
3. Advertising providers
The project includes Yandex Mobile Ads and adapters for the networks listed below. As of this revision, no advertising account has been created and commercial advertising has not launched. Inclusion of an SDK does not mean that every listed network serves ads. The description below concerns processing when advertising SDKs operate, including test ads; builds without advertising SDKs do not perform that processing. Before commercial advertising is enabled, this policy will be updated to clarify the providers actually used, allocation of responsibilities and consent settings.
- Yandex Mobile Ads — Yandex Privacy Policy.
- VK Ads / myTarget — myTarget Privacy Policy; VK Ads Privacy Policy.
- Mintegral — Mintegral Privacy Policy.
- Liftoff / Vungle — Liftoff Privacy Policy.
- Pangle — Pangle End User Privacy Policy; regional policies.
Depending on the provider, permissions and device settings, advertising may involve processing IP address, approximate region inferred from IP, device, operating system, app and network information, technical identifiers, diagnostic events and ad impressions and interactions. IDFA is available only with the necessary system permission. Providers may use information to deliver and measure ads, limit frequency, diagnose issues and prevent fraud. Their policies describe retention and further recipients.
4. Consent and controls
The current version does not request consent to personalized advertising and sends a negative consent value to Yandex Mobile Ads. Yandex Mobile Ads location collection is disabled. Installing the app, opening this policy or continuing to play is not consent to tracking. Disabling personalization does not eliminate all technical data processing by advertising services.
The current version has no separate screen for granting or withdrawing advertising consent. Processing that requires consent by law must not start before that consent is obtained. To withdraw a previously given consent or ask about processing, email petr@dikiy.pro. You can also use the contacts and controls in a provider’s policy for that provider’s data. An email request does not automatically change third-party SDK settings.
Previously granted system tracking permissions, if any, can be managed in iOS/iPadOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking, or Settings → Privacy → Tracking on iOS 15. The current version does not display an ATT request, so the app may not appear in that list.
5. Support and retention
If you contact us, we receive your email address, message and any attachments you choose to send. We use these to reply, resolve technical issues and handle data requests. Please do not send passwords, payment details or unnecessary sensitive information.
Support correspondence is retained for no more than 12 months after the issue is resolved, then deleted unless law or a specific unresolved dispute requires longer retention. In that case, only necessary information is kept for the necessary period. Valid requests for earlier deletion are considered under applicable law. Email infrastructure is used to deliver and store correspondence.
6. Grounds, recipients and your rights
Necessary information is processed to provide requested support and operate the app; where applicable, processing relies on consent, legal obligations or legitimate interests in security and resolving enquiries, taking account of user rights. Advertising providers may independently process information for purposes in their policies. Email and advertising services may process data in other countries subject to applicable transfer requirements.
Where applicable, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, object to processing or withdraw consent. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing. We may request the minimum information needed to verify a request. You may complain to the competent data protection authority. The developer has no remote access to saves held only on your device.
7. Children, security and changes
The game is intended for a general audience and does not require your age. We do not ask children to send personal information. A parent or guardian can request deletion if a child has sent us such information. A store age rating does not replace consent requirements.
We limit access to support correspondence and apply reasonable safeguards. Updates are published on this page with a new revision date. Where a change requires notice or consent, publishing a policy alone is insufficient: the necessary steps must be completed before the relevant processing.
